Strategic Planning & Accreditation

For nearly 25 years Towner led, participated in, and nurtured several academic accreditation efforts, including successful applications to the Council for Interior Design Accreditation, the National Association of Schools of Art and Design, and the New England Commission of Higher Education (CIDA, NASAD, and NECHE). Each of the initiatives required analysis, curriculum and faculty development, and strategic implementation. Currently, he offers guidance for academic programs and institutions seeking thoughtful strategic planning, accreditation alignment, and curriculum development that supports long-term institutional goals and standards of excellence.
